Of course, these

Weaknesses
1. Ambience:
In “gated
communities”, very good ambience
is achieved by virtue of landscaping, club
house, swimming pool etc.
THE AMBIENCE IN THE GATED COMMUNITIES COMES
AT “AN ASTRONOMICAL PRICE” OR
BY LOCATING THE PROJECT IN FAR DISTANT PLACES.
2. Smaller Setbacks:
Our independent houses
are not bestowed with “large setbacks”.
This deficiency is due to our efforts
in reducing the volume of costly prime
land and thus making them “affordable”.
3. Not Very
Spacious Drawing Room & Bedroom
in Ground Floor:
The areas
of these two items in our Independent
Houses are not up to the desired
level. This advertent
deficiency is due to our “ambition” on
bringing down the independent
house price to “affordable” levels.
Another reason for this deficiency
is provision for spacious
car parking. |
